FlowYOGA is a smooth flow of postures in a comfortable, soothing and challenging environment to stretch, strengthen and rejuvenate your mind and body, ease joint and muscle stiffness and breathe space into your busy life. Class size is limited to maximize space and personal attention. Beginners are welcome. Please bring a mat and water and, if you wish, a small towel.
