Flow Fitness is a full body workout that includes cardio-exercise combined with intense muscle strength training and different stretching techniques. Furthermore, you will use focused breathing to be more aware of yourself and your body in motion.
Please bring your own mat to the class and please wear good fitness shoes.

Ilka v. Witzendorff has over 18 years of experience in teaching and exercising Aerobic, Step-Aerobic and Kick-Boxing. During this time she worked with children as well as adults, practicing in schools, clubs and gyms.
Ilka recently attained her certificate in Applied Mindful Meditation at the University of Toronto. She is also being trained to become a BASI Pilates instructor.
In the course she is offering, you will experience a full body work out based on a big variety of exercises meeting everybody’s needs. You will definitely enjoy it.
