Wu Xing Wing Chun Kung Fu is a short fist style martial art that is 300 years old. It was developed by a Buddhist nun from the Shaolin Temple, in China. Our program for beginners integrates techniques and exercises that are stimulating and fun. Students will develop strength, flexibility, coordination and learn the basics of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Each one hour class is broken down as follows: meditation, warm-ups, techniques, theory and meditation.
