Experience a weekly class of yoga to increase vitality using yoga practices of breathing, poses and meditation. This class is designed for women of all ages who are seeking improved health and joyfulness. Seniors and those recovering from illness, surgery, and cancer treatment are especially welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
