If you have been looking to transform your postpartum body back to your “pre pregnancy” one, but haven’t been able to, this program might just be exactly what you (and your body) need! This will be our pilot project of our new transformation program: “Mom Transformed”. No more excuses, no more procrastinating – just get it done! At the beginning of 8 weeks we will complete fitness tests and measurements. We will repeat it at half point (4 weeks) and then the end to compare the results. This program will involve:
- Weekly classes on Tuesdays at 10am and Fridays at 10am (babies are of course welcome!). Total of 16 classes.
- Additional weekly 20 minute workouts to boost metabolism and help your body transformation (workouts will include pictures and videos so it will be like I am there with you while you work out). Those will be delivered via a Personal Training app where you will have your account set up. This will make sure you are accountable for completing the workouts so no excuses!
- Weekly nutrition guidance to ensure you are learning to eat smart and fuel your body with nutrients that actually help you burn fat and give you more energy. No diets – just smart choices!
- Access to our private Facebook group where you can get support, motivation and encouragement from other mamas in the program. We will be also posting tracking tools, workout and nutrition tips to enhance your overall experience and ensure your success.
Tuesday and Friday workouts will include: A combination of postnatal specific cardio and strength training using different training methods like intervals, HITT, Tabata, Pilates, eccentric strengthening and more to keep it fun and effective. We will focus on strengthening pelvic floor, rebuilding your core and making you stronger for you and your babies! We will be incorporating babies into our workouts to keep it fun for everyone. Top 3 moms with biggest results will receive prizes and free before and after profile with a free photoshoot of your new, transformed body! This program is designed not only to help you get your body back but also equip you with tools and knowledge to ensure this is a lifetime change you can maintain on your own, not just an 8 week fix.
