Join Lee for an afternoon of discovery and calm. We’ll begin with gentle yoga asana to find joy in our body, introduce pranayama exercise to explore the remarkable power of breath, and finish with guided meditation to engage mindfulness. About Lee Scott: Educated as a mechanical engineer, Lee found that passion and purpose drew her to the health and fitness industry more than 25 years ago. A dynamic and empathetic coach, Lee invented the WoW Power Walking® program in 2002 and has coached thousands of walkers for fitness and marathons. Her engaging presence and knowledge has made her a popular expert with North American health consumer publications, and at marathon and fitness expos and conferences. A practitioner of yoga for over 20 years, Lee has more than 500 hours of yoga teacher training and believes that the yoga asana practice, breath work and meditation she offers in her yoga classes to be the perfect complement to walking and living!
