The Sweet Slumber Bedtime Yoga Program feels more like an experience, a weekly mid-week ritual to unload your body and mind from the stress it carries. The intention of each weekly 60 minute practice is to provide you with an overall feeling of restoration and nourishment. In each practice I will guide you through a synchronized flow of yoga postures, breathing exercises and sleep happy restorative poses.
