Bollywood Dance Fitness is a dance workout that combines easy-to-follow dance movements and exercises and South Asian and Middle Eastern rhythms to create a fun and exhilarating workout. Expect a friendly class filled with exotic rhythms all the way from India to Egypt No dance experience required. Classes are always beginner-friendly and low to moderate impact to accommodate those from all fitness levels. Welcoming moms and their teen daughters to create time for mother and daughter bonding.
