Happiness Yoga is back for a Summer Session! The goal of this series is to make you feel amazing both mentally and physically. *This session will run every other Wednesday evening beginning June 19th throughout the summer*. This is perfect for those who want to keep up a regular meditation and relaxing yoga practice throughout the summer, while also allowing for some weeks off in between to participate in other fun summer activities.

About Hannah, the creator and lead teacher of Happiness Yoga Toronto:
Hi there, my name is Hannah and I am passionate about spreading happiness, being creative and leading inclusive yoga classes. I grew up in Toronto but moved to the West Coast over six years ago which is where my yoga Journey began. I practiced yoga in Vancouver, BC for many years before completing my 200 hour Yoga teacher training in San Diego, California in 2018. I have now moved back to the place that has always been in my heart; Toronto, and I am more than thrilled to be teaching back in my true home. My favourite two styles to practice & teach are Yin; a very calming and relaxing style of yoga, and Modern Kundalini; a more energetic and upbeat style of yoga. I believe that yoga is much more than just stretching our bodies and has the power to provide a sense of community, improve our self-confidence and help us all achieve a more sustainable state of mental calmness.
