Are you an experienced crafter with a unique or creative crafting idea you want to share with our community at one of our future craft workshops??
Swansea Town Hall plans to sponsor workshops here once a month on a variety of craft themes starting in the fall of 2018 and running until the spring of 2019. You are invited to submit a proposal to be one of our 6 unique Craft Workshop Leaders at Swansea Town Hall for this series.
Each leader will offer one workshop between September 2018 and June 2019. In return for your $25 donation to the Swansea Town Hall Program Development Fund, we will provide you with space at no charge to hold your workshop for up to 4 hours on a designated Friday evening. The 4 hours will include set up, tear down and workshop time but can be structured as you wish. We will jointly promote the workshop with you and you will be responsible for obtaining and handling all the registrations and payments.
Ideally, participants in your workshop will be able to make-and-take the craft item you are teaching home on the night of your event. To make your workshop accessible to the community, we ask that you offer registration prices at a discount to your normal rates. All participants in your workshop must be 18 years of age or older.
Each workshop leader chosen will be required to sign this agreement with us covering use of the space and terms and conditions.
If you are interested in applying, please fill out this application form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org We have chosen our craft leaders for the fall of 2018 but we will still be accepting applications for the winter/spring 2019 workshops so send us your application today!
