The Charitable Kid is more than a children’s pop-up store – it’s a kids’ store that gives back!
When: Saturday September 8, 15, 22, 29
Time: 1:30 – 4:30 pm
Where: Hague Room, 2nd Floor
We all know how quickly children grow up. Buying new clothes every time your child grows can quickly become an expensive activity, while your closet fills up with their old clothes that no longer fit and books that they’ve outgrown. We offer a solution to both these problems by offering good quality, budget-conscious clothes and books for you to buy, while we’ll happily take your old clothes and books that you no longer need and sell them to other parents, with the profits going to children’s charities.
We accept donated children’s clothes and books, and maternity clothing, from parents and resell them to raise funds for charity. Parents and parents-to-be get great clothes and books at a great price for a great cause.
And by purchasing your children’s clothes and books and maternity clothes from The Charitable Kid you also help raise funds for child-focused charities.
It’s good for your wallet, good for the planet, and good to give back to charities!
Our pop-up store will be in the Hague Room on the second floor of the Swansea Town Hall on Saturdays from 1:30-4:30pm starting Saturday Septmber 8.
We’re happy to accept donations of clothes and books at our pop-up shop in September, but if you have clothes or books you’d like to donate to us now, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll collect from the local area (Bloor West/Junction/High Park/Roncesvalles) for free!
